Internet Bidding Terms & Conditions
A letter of guarantee of funds from your financial institution must be submitted to Switzer Auction 48 HOURS prior to the sale date. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure their credit limit is high enough.
- As an online buyer it is your responsibility to ensure you are bidding on the correct item. If you mistakenly purchase the wrong item, you own the item and payment will be required.
- Terms: Cash, E-Transfer, Wire Transfer or cheque accompanied with a letter of guarantee from your financial institution.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their credit limit is high enough to ensure they have the ability to purchase the items they have chosen.
- Only buyers that submit letters of guarantee to Switzer Auction can bid online. Those that do not can view the sale but will not be able to bid.
- Terms to Bid Online:
- *There will be a 3.5% Buyer Fee charged per lot plus GST and PST.

- 3) All Letters of Credit or Guarantee to be faxed Switzer Auction at (306) 773-4241 or emailed to bruce@switzerauction.ca
- 4) Once the Letter of Credit or Guarantee is received, the buyer will receive an email with their username and password to bid online. Please keep the username and password in a safe place as this can be used for future auctions.
- 5) A buyer can register for a sale online, but will not be able to bid until Switzer Auction has received their Letter of Credit or Guarantee. Once received, the buyer account will be approved and the buyer is able to bid.
